What is an E-proof?

An E-proof is a digital image proof that is emailed for you to preview your canvas photo portrait or painting. By choosing this option you will have the opportunity to approve, request  modification, or cancel your order for a full refund minus the cost of the E-proof.  Proofs are typically sent within 3-5 days and any revisions requested  to your proof will take up to an additional 3-5 days.

15 Day Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your photo on canvas simply return it within 15 days from the date you received it, in the original packaging. You will receive a full refund or exchange. Snappy Canvas wants to make certain you are happy with your unique canvas art prints.

Return Process

Upon receipt of the returned item in its original packaging, your exchange canvas or the refund will be processed within a few days.  If you are exchanging the item be sure to email or talk to our customer support. The Snappy Canvas Design Team will do its best to accommodate any reasonable revisions necessary to ensure your satisfaction.
