 “I hereby affirm that I am the rightful copyright owner of the printed or digital photos submitted to Snappy Canvas or have authorization from the copyright holder to use and/or adapt the printed or digital photos for all purposes, and agree to indemnify Snappy Canvas for costs and expenses in the event that a third party claim is made in regard to the copyright ownership rights in the printed or digital photos. Photos and digital images will become property of Snappy Canvas once they have been altered. I hereby agree to hold Snappy Canvas harmless for any loss or damage to to the digital and printed images submitted.

Images on the Snappy Canvas site may not be an accurate representation as the actual product may vary in dimension, appearance, and color. I agree to allow Snappy Canvas to alter my order on my behalf in the case that the wrong information regarding the number of subjects chosen has been submitted resulting in incorrect pricing.

If after orders have been submitted and the work has begun additional charges may apply in the case that different images or designs are requested. If orders are cancelled after they have been started but before being shipped a $25 cancellation fee may be applied.

I acknowledge that any digital images or photos submitted may be published, removed, modified, copied, transmitted and displayed by SnappyCanvas for the purpose of delivering the product and service. Furthermore I give consent for the reproduction and authorization for Snappy Canvas to use and reproduce said images for use in all markets including domestic and foreign. I acknowledge that others may copy or use my images for marketing and sales purposes with or without my consent and without any form of compensation. Furthermore I waive any right to approve or inspect all public materials produced. Such materials can be used by Snappy Canvas along with any affiliated companies, officers, directors, agents, employees, licensors, suppliers, customers, and any third party information providers.

Snappy Canvas reserves the right to refuse printing of any images at their sole discretion and determination for images that contain vulgarity, obscenity, graphic nudity, threatening, racially objectional, defamatory, and libelous content. Any images which may give cause for civil or criminal liability under any applicable can also be rejected. You agree to accept responsibility and liability for any such harm caused by images you submit to us.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be processed and generally shipped within 7 days

Changes to your order special requests or complex photos may result in delays

We are not responsible for damage during shipping or circumstances such as weather which are beyond our control.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Snappy Canvas reserves the right to modify, change and remove these terms and conditions of use in part, or in whole, at any time without notice. Such changes will become effective once posted. Continued usage of the website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

SNAPPYCANVAS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THIS SITE WILL BE ERROR FREE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, VIRUS FREE, OR CONTAIN OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS. SNAPPYCANVAS MAKES NO WARRANYT IN REGARD TO ANY SERVICES, GOODS, SPECIAL OFFERS, PURCHASED OBTAINED OR ACCESSED FROM THE SNAPPYCANVAS SITE OR ADVERTISED THROUGH SNAPPYCANVAS.
