 Ordering something online can be sketchy. You don't really know exactly what and who you are dealing with sometimes. Honestly, I never expected the personal customer service that I received. I think they know the product they offer is VERY personal to their customers. We wanted this picture for a Father's day gift. They even went out of their way to make sure we had it the Saturday before Father's day. When it arrived, AGAIN, we were all blown away at this beautiful picture that was created from a quick and poor quality photo. A memory our family will cherish forever!
